How do you create social media content?

During our first meeting, we will ask you questions about your product/service and industry. We do further research about the industry as well as what your customers are currently saying. Good or bad.
We ask you about your customer profile, demographics and industry specific sites we can use as resources. If you currently have social media sites or a website set up, we will look it over and make a plan for the changes that need to be made.
We approach our social media marketing from a fun, customer centric approach which makes the customers feel like they are a part of something, not like they are being sold to. We do this through content marketing, brand awareness, and through posting content we know your audience will be interested in. Because consumers today are very savvy and aware of marketing everywhere, we are careful to approach the experience from one in which people feel a connection to the brand as opposed to feeling like they are being marketed to. This balance makes the audience more receptive to the information they are receiving in what can be at times, cluttered news feeds on social sites.

How do you respond to my customers?

We utilize a few different approaches when responding to customers including;
• Using our best judgment and experience from similar businesses to tailor a custom response.
• Developing a list of possible responses with you and use those exclusively to respond to customers.
•  Crafting a custom response and send to you for approval before responding.
• If there is a very specific question or comment that is outside of our knowledge base, or requires a personal response, we will notify you and respond as instructed.

How long does it take to see results?

Social media, like word of mouth, is not an overnight money maker. It’s building your business or brand and helping establish you in the world of social media for the long-term. Because of this, the results we look for are in the form of customer interaction, feedback and overall web presence. Each industry and client results vary, we have seen some pages receive immediate interaction and attention, while others have taken more attention and care to content production. What is consistent from client to client, is the increased traffic to their business through utilizing social media.

What is the ROI of social media for my business?

As a business owner, you have an obligation to figure out your return on investment. We understand your hard earned money could be spent anywhere. With social media however, ROI is not measured in amount of sales, or the products sold. Rather, it is measured in the growth and reach of your online presence. Good social media ROI would include a growing network, growing interactions and an overall growth in web presence through increased content and interactions.

Can't I just do this myself?

Many companies are managing their social media themselves and doing just fine. But, most small businesses are run as an owner-operator business meaning that your time is limited and usually utilized on the most demanding aspects of running your business.

Here are a few questions to ask yourself:
• Do you post at least 3 times a week on a social media sites?
• Do you currently employ or work with someone with social media marketing expertise?
• Do you respond to every customer comment or review?
• Do you spend more than 5 hours per month on your social media?

What is Brand Management?

Our signature service, Brand Management is one of our most valuable services. We do all of the footwork for you with this full-service approach to building and managing your brand image.

We reach out through all online avenues, including; blogs, news sites, social media, review sites and more to find out what’s being said about your brand, business or product and interact with customers on your behalf. We manage any negative feedback positively, and express gratitude to happy customers which encourages them to continue to share.

In addition to reaching out to customers who have posted about your business, we network with bloggers, websites, forums, and social media sites on your behalf to build your brand image. We have helped clients find and establish brand ambassadors who represent their brand through their online blogs, podcasts, and more.

You will not find a service anywhere else that will grow your business as broadly and effectively as our Brand Management service.

Who keeps the site updated?

In most cases the client will be responsible for site maintenance and upkeep. For your convenience we do offer an A La Carte service for site maintenance and upkeep.

Who responds to comments?

In most cases, you will be responsible for comment management and response. For your convenience, we offer an A La Carte service to manage the comments on your behalf.

Who owns the domain name?

You do! The domain name is yours once purchased, but does need to be renewed annually to remain active.

How is payment handled?

We invoice our clients once each month. Payment is done on a retainer basis, meaning that you pay one month ahead. The first payment will include the retainer payment equal to one month’s services + the payment for that month (pro-rated if applicable). Each subsequent month you will receive an invoice for the following month’s services. Our invoices go out between the 1st and the 5th of each month and are billed for the following month. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, your retainer will be used in leu of payment, but a new retainer must be made if you intend on continuing services thereafter.

What if I want to cancel services?

We strive to make your business successful, and you happy. However, you are under no obligation to continue paying for our services if you are unhappy for any reason. We do require a 30 day notice of termination of services, and the retainer can be used to pay for this month. During this time, we will get you up-to date and assist you with transferring the account information if necessary.
